Artworks by Solomon, Miro and Chihuly Perform well in Ahlers & Ogletree Auctions held June 4th and 5th in Atlanta, Ga.

June 4th was a Modern & Contemporary Art & Design auction, with 420 lots grossing $551,216. June 5th was titled Translucence: Contemporary Studio Art Glass; it had 153 lots that grossed $192,511.

Watches by Patek Philippe, Rolex and Heuer Earn Top Lot Honors in Miller & Miller's Historic & Luxury Watches Auction

The auction consisted of 67 lots of pocket watches and wristwatches, most of them Swiss-made. The top lot was an early 2000s Patek Philippe 18k white gold annual calendar watch ($27,140).

Miller & Miller's Five Auctions held May 21-25 Featured A Wide Variety of Collectibles and Grossed more than $1 Million

The overall top lot of the five days was a rare, Canadian early 1900s 3 Strikes Cut Plug pocket tobacco tin, one of the most important pieces of Canadian tobacco history. It brought $64,900.
